Very friendly and courteous staff.
The cleanliness of the glass entrance doors as well as some of the windows left a lot to be desired as well as the joints of the shower. At the breakfast buffet too many products packed in plastic.

Good location above the city. But you should be good on foot, because it is quite steep and cobblestones everywhere. Breakfast good, nice service, nice atmosphere
Service in the bar/lounge could have been more attentive. It took quite a long time until a staff member came and then again until the drinks came. But on holiday you have time and should not push!

elegant architectural design, excellent spa facilities, comfortable and spacious rooms
The parking situation is quite a hassle!!! Having to lug bags over cobblestone streets isn't ideal. The cleanliness definitely needs to be addressed, as stained towels and odd smells in the rooms were disappointing!!!

Great location, nice and dedicated staff, great swimming pool
Breakfast was poorly organized, not enough seats, not enough to fill up, a bit chaotic, maybe overwhelmed ..

It was brand new so the rooms seemed as though they had never been slept before. The design of the hotel is nice with plenty of outside seating and great views. The location is a convenient short walk to the city centre.
The hotel staff needs plenty of training. There were three things that really bothered me on my stay: 1) Room service - ordered a tuna wrap that took over 45 minutes to receive and when it did arrive there was practically no tuna and all mayonaise... 2) I was rudely woken up at 9:15am on a SUNAY!! The cleaning service banged on my door like a gorilla and ruined my entire day. 3) The checkout lady was so rude I wanted to smack her... I would definetely not stay at this hotel again, I am still so mad I was rudely woken up!

Brand new design hotel set in a restored historic building with modern annex. Panoramic views of Liege.
Staff in the bistro at lunchtime were not well organised or attentive even though there were few customers. Breakfast was pretty poor for a hotel of this category- poor choice and no hot offering and cosidering the price of EUR 20. Some facilities not yet operating e.g. swimming pool.

The room was very well appointed
My only dislike was all the food being served in small straight sided casserole dishes which are almost impossible to eat out of. These were standing on cold plates so the food couldnt be tipped out onto the plate. A triumph of form over function.

Great location and excellent hotel
The Breakfast area was rather small and therefor overcrowded. Lang (waiting) lines to get a table and at the buffet.

Nice room (clean and quiet), good breakfast and free wifi (a plus)
When we arrived for breakfast in the morning. The first words that came out of the waitress was "Your room number". She did not even say "Good morning". She was a bit ''rude''.
